Stylish and quiet little hotel, had very lovely stay.
The location was absolutely perfect - near to the centre of Rye, the main sites and other restaurants, cafes and London. Also, the hotel was 5 minutes drive from Kroger. The room with pleasant sunsets. The vegan and excellent breakfast had a wide range of meals and the food I tasted was GOOD.

The breakfast was excellent, great with great vegan options. The location was excellent for Rye, very close to the main sites, the centre of Rye and the center. I tried some drinks at bar Ye Olde Bell Inn, located 5 minutes walk away.
Disappointing aspect was poor bathroom.

Enjoyed the big room and loved the breakfast with tons of tasty options. The relaxation areas like the cozy lounge and beautiful garden were perfect for unwinding. Just a bit of noise from the cafe in the morning, but it didn't ruin the experience at all. 😊

The fan had dust on it which wasn't cool. Could hear noise from the street at night but it didn't bother me too much.

The stay was good, with the room being lovely and clean. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the smoothie! A minor downside was some dust on the fan, which was surprising given the hot weather, but overall it was an impressive experience.
